How Perms Connect works..

Perms Connect works on the truism that a split fee is better than no fee. Agencies can use permsconnect.com for free and can list unlimited numbers of jobs or candidates available for a split fee.

Job Listings

In your account, you can list the jobs for which you want to find candidates. The number of jobs listed in your account is unlimited in number. These job listings appear live on Perms Connect for 3 months. After 3 months, the job listings either fall off or you can renew them.

You can manage your job listings by adding new jobs, amending job details, viewing selected details of potential matching candidates and messages from other agencies about candidate matches. You can also correspond with other agencies, mark a job as 'position filled' and offer feedback about the process and your trading partner to the community.

Candidate Listings

In your account, you can list (upload) details of candidates for which you want to find jobs. The number of candidates in your account is unlimited. Again, these candidates can be viewed for 3 months. After 3 months, the candidate will automatically expire to which you can renew them if required.

You can manage your candidate listings by adding new candidates, amending candidate details, viewing selected details about potential matching jobs and messages from other agencies about job matches. You can correspond with other agencies, mark a candidate as 'placed' and offer feedback about the process to the community.

You provide the Client or the Candidate and Perms Connect does the rest including all the relevant back office.

You need never have a Client job nor a Candidate that you can't make money out of again.
